We had a very interesting and informative workshop on resource efficiency for business on Friday 17th. April, held in association with the Southern Waste Management Region, organised by Margaret Murphy, Southern Waster Mimimisation Officer. Phil Walker, from Econcentive, Katherine Corkery of SMILE Resource Exchange and Nick Smyth of Antaris Consulting were the speakers for the event.

After light refreshments, we had a fantastic tour of Cabragh Wetlands, guided by Adam Tozer and Michael long. If you hav
en’t been to Cabragh Wetlands yet, I highly recommend it. It’s a really superb venue for a workshop, talk, seminar or other event.
The event was a great success – and many thanks to Margaret Murphy, Waste Mimimisation Officer with the Southern Waste Management Region for all her hard work and the attendees and speakers. Thanks also to Cabragh Wetlands for the great venue and the fantastic tour afterwards.
