Making the most of your company’s green credentials

The Southern Region Waste Management Office is running a free breakfast event ‘Making the most of your company’s green credentials’ on the following dates:

The format for the workshop (flyer attached) is as follows:

7.45 – 8.15 Registration and light buffet breakfast ( WIT Event on 26th June will commence with Registration / breakfast at 8.15 and all talks will follow from that)

8.15 – 8.30 Welcome & introductory discussion

8.30 – 8.50 The benefits of green credentials for small to medium enterprises

The event is being run as part of the Southern Waste Region’s GreenEnterprise project on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – the project is receiving support from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Environment Community & Local Government. The Southern Region Waste Management Office is funded by all the local authorities in Munster, Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford. Limerick City & County Council and Tipperary County Council are the joint lead authorities for co-ordination of activities under the Regional Waste Management Plan, draft of which will be available for public consultation later this year.
