Business to Business Networking Event, Fri. 22 May
May 22, 2015 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
The Local Enterprise Office Tipperary is holding its first Enterprise Week this May with a series of over 20 free events in 12 locations aimed at stimulating business growth and new business creation. The programme offers something for everyone in the county, regardless of whether you want to develop a business idea, start a business or grow your existing enterprise. Tipperary Enterprise Week will run from Monday May 18 to Friday, May 22 and is expected to attract an estimated 500 entrepreneurs and business interests.
Guest speakers and industry experts will offer insights into all aspects of business at seminars and events across Tipperary. There will also be opportunities to network with like-minded local business people and share knowledge with other entrepreneurs.
This event will provide an opportunity for Tipperary businesses to network with each other and learn how to deliver a successful “elevator pitch”. This presentation will be given by Charlie Mernagh, Director of Training & Development at Munster HR Associates Ltd. Participating businesses will have an opportunity to make a 60 second pitch to promote their own business and to hear from others in attendance. Attendees are encouraged to bring along promotional material and product samples for the display table and admission is free.
Our event follows the Economic Prospects Breakfast 8am-10am. Philip Boucher-Hayes, RTE broadcaster, journalist and author along with John Finn, CEO of Treasury Solutions, a regular contributor to the media on treasury and banking matters will look at Ireland’s economic future and what lies ahead for Irish businesses in the coming years. Admission is free.
